The Beginning

KASO was founded by Karthik & Soumya with a clear vision: to provide property management services that truly prioritize both property owners and tenants. We started with managing 15 properties in Auckland.

2023

Rapid Growth

Our portfolio expanded to over 150 properties, and we established our specialized AirBnB & boarding house management division. We also introduced 24/7 emergency support for all clients.
